I haven’t had a TV in 2 years now. The little TV I watched when visiting my parents or friends makes me want to keep the trend.
All bets are off when Man In The High Castle, Ash vs Evil Dead and Archer start their new seasons though.

As a comic I know once said, the ocean doesn’t want you in it. And I don’t want to be in it. Jaws put me off, and various other events sealed the deal. Swam off Key West back in 2000, and that’s it.

I have a fear of deep water (which makes my swimming medals all the more impressive), plus my dad told me a story once of how he was swimming in Florida and saw a shark fin appear between him and shore, so fuck that.

I’d like to point out that there have only been 35 fatal shark attacks in the US since 1958. That’s out of 1104 total attacks, too. So your odds of not being chomped are pretty high.

Sharks are a lot less scary than that flesh eating bacteria we have in texas

No one uses Michael Bay for what he does best - make him a second unit director. Let him shoot a lot of the action, and keep him away from anything having to do with the script, the characters, or the plot. Many others have said the same.

Oh, I know, but my odds of not getting fucked up by a shark are even better living far away from where sharks live. Besides, I’m more terrified of being swept out to sea, having a boat capsize and being trapped out in the water, or drowning in general.

Man in the High Castle is an oft-repeated idea - but this time it’s done right. I’ll watch the shit out of it.

Eh...it was decent in the 90's now it’s just sensationalism and bad science. A friend of mine works for a shark conservation group and successfully got shark finning banned in several states. The folks that really care about sharks tend not to be a fan of the Discovery special. Fun fact, Peter Benchley who wrote Jaws spent the rest of his life trying to undo the impact of the movie.
Now if we are talking E24 BMWs that is a different story -

That 6 series is possibly the best looking car BMW has ever made. The 2002 is the purest design. There are lots of 50s cars that look great, but the 635 rules.

Absolutely! I may read the book again just for fun. The thing I love the most is that they aren’t going “PC” on it. Just to think of someone casually saying Heil Hitler to a neighbor on a sunny afternoon on American soil blows my mind.

I enjoy it but cherry pick what I watch these days. My family and I used to vacation to the beach every year and most of the time it was during shark week. So I’d play in surf all day then chill out in the condo/hotel and watch shark stuff.
Yes, I do like to live dangerously.

Nah it’s not a big deal. Usually we just put down a towel during shark week.
